Davide Tolfo is an independent researcher focusing in particular on world-building in contemporary art and theoretical fiction. He has written for magazines and publishers such as Il Tascabile, NOT, La Deleuziana, Kabul, DinamoPress, Mimesis, Il Mulino, and Marsilio. For NERO he translated Steve Goodman’s book Sonic Warfare. He was assistant to Shubigi Rao for the Singapore Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale in 2022 and he currently collaborates with the Venice-based graphic design studio, publishing house, and bookstore bruno, for whom he edited the book Against Coffee Table Books.
