Mariacarla Gadebusch Bondio

is Philosopher and Medical Historian. Since April 2011 she has been head of the Institute of Medical History and Ethics at the Technical University Munich. Her research focus lies on: medical aesthetics, medical fallibility, standard and deviation in medical-anthropological manikins, the cultural history of blood and the cultural history of the hand.
