He taught Philosophy at the Université Marc Bloch, Strasbourg and was visiting professor with the universities of Berkeley, Irvine, San Diego and Berlin. His work has been acknowledged and praised by academics and the wider international public alike. It comprises a variety of research focuses reaching from the ontology of society to the metamorphosis of reason and the arts, on image studies, and even on political and religious aspects with respect to ongoing developments.
Daniel Tyradellis: is a philosopher and curator. He holds the Humboldt Forum Chair for the Theory and Practice of Interdisciplinary Curating, funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. In his work, he explores the different media and modes of thinking in art, science, and philosophy. Since 1997, he has conceived exhibitions for various museums, including Fire & Forget (KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin), Scham (Deutsches Hygiene-Museum, Dresden), and FAKE (Stapferhaus, Lenzburg, Switzerland). Since 2021, he has been Vice Director of the Hermann von Helmholtz Centre for Cultural Techniques at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He was senior advisor for the exhibition On Water. WasserWissen in Berlin.
